Position: Closing Manager Sales– Real Estate Sales Location: Gurgaon / Shimla Experience: 4 Years Industry: Real Estate Employment: Full-time | On-site About the Role We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Real Estate Sales qualified who can own the final stage of the sales funnel — from qualified enquiry and site visit to negotiation, booking and closure. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing and pre-sales teams and will be responsible for converting genuine prospects into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities • Own the complete closing and conversion process from site visit to booking • Conduct consultative sales meetings with HNI,



NRI and second-home buyers • Handle pricing, inventory and payment-plan negotiations • Manage buyer objections and drive deals towards closure • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM and Channel Partners • Achieve monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM data • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the CRM/Post-Sales team • Represent a premium real estate brand with professionalism and strong executive presence What We're Looking For • 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a proven closing track record • Experience in premium / luxury / high-ticket residential projects preferred • Strong negotiation, consultative selling and objection-handling skills • Ability to build trust with HNI, NRI and high-value clients • Good understanding of payment plans, home loans, documentation and RERA • Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh real estate / Sectio
