NExperience- 3-6 years of experience in project planning and controls for construction/infrastructure projects.
NEssential/ Key Responsibilities-

- n
- Develop, maintainand control L1-L5 project schedules using Primavera P6 N
- Prepare and manage resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes. N
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations and analyze reasons for slippages N

n*Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to bring projects back on track.

- n
- Conduct schedule risk assessment and delay analysis N
- Coordinate with site, contracts, procurement and commercial teams for schedule alignment. N
- Support PMO reporting with accurate forecasts and planning inputs N




- Regularly visit projectsites to validate progress and constraints N

nOperational Duties-

- Update schedules based on site progress and approved changes N
- Validate physical progress against planned activities N
- Prepare recovery programmes and track implementation. N
- Facilitate look-ahead planning and short-interval control. N
- Support training and mentoring of site teams on planning tools and processes N
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboards N
- Maintain schedule documentation, baselines and change records. N
