Company Description CareConnect AI is building an AI-powered healthcare platform focused on women's and child health. We combine artificial intelligence with clinical expertise to deliver safe, evidence-based healthcare guidance across pregnancy, fertility, newborn care, and pediatrics. We are looking for experienced clinicians to help validate and strengthen the clinical intelligence behind our AI systems. Role Description Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Part time Experience: 5+ years post-residency As a Clinical AI Validator, you will ensure that AI-generated clinical reasoning is medically accurate, safe, and aligned with evidence-based guidelines. You will work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to improve clinical quality at scale. Eligible Specialties • MS/DNB Obstetrics & Gynecology • MD/DNB Pediatrics • DM/Fellowship Neonatology • MD/MS/DNB Reproductive Medicine / Fertility Specialist Clinical AI Validation Responsibilities • Validate AI-generated patient conversations and clinical recommendations.



• Review diagnostic reasoning for accuracy and completeness. • Identify unsafe advice, missed diagnoses, and inappropriate recommendations. • Expand differential diagnoses. • Validate investigations, treatment plans, referrals, and escalation pathways. • Validate red flags and emergency triage. • Ensure alignment with clinical guidelines. • Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance. Clinical Knowledge Development • Develop realistic clinical scenarios. • Create edge cases. • Review and refine clinical pathways. • Build structured symptom-based reasoning. • Support decision trees and workflows. • Contribute to medical protocols and standards. • Review emerging evidence and update the AI knowledge base. Qualifications • MD/MS/DNB in relevant specialty • Active medical registration • Minimum 5 years of independent clinical practice • Strong evidence-based clinical reasoning • Excellent written documentation skills P
