nKey areas of responsibility
n1. Global Cash Pool & Liquidity Optimization
n
- n
- Design and implement a global cash pooling structure (physical / notional pooling across jurisdictions).n
- Centralize Group liquidity and optimize utilization of surplus/deficit balances.n
- Build and maintain a weekly, 3-month and 12-month rolling consolidated Group cash flow forecast.n
- Reduce idle cash, optimize overdrafts, minimize external borrowing.n
- Develop real-time cash visibility dashboards across all verticals.n
- Drive intercompany funding optimization framework.n

n2. Treasury Systems & Automation
n
- n
- Lead TMS operations implementation and enhancement across ETG.n
- Build automated reporting dashboards (Power BI / Python / SQL or similar).n
- Develop tools for:n
- Cash forecasting automationn
- Facility utilizations trackingn
- Loan exposure reconciliationn
- Bank charge validationn
- Drive ERP–Bank–TMS integration.n




- Reduce manual treasury processes through systemization.n

n3. Trade Finance & Commodity Funding
n
- n
- Liaise daily with trade desks to understand commodity financing needs.n
- Execute and monitor:n
- Letters of Credit (LCs)n
- Bank Guaranteesn
- Structured trade financen
- Drawdowns and settlementsn
- Track facility utilizations and loan settlements.n
- Ensure compliance with facility documentation and UCP600.n
- Monitor transaction-level financing across commodity trades.n

n4. Cash Operations & Governance
n
- n
- Oversee daily liquidity positioning.n
- Manage intercompany fund flows.n
- Weekly reconciliation of:n
- ERP vs Bank statementsn
- Treasury loan files vs Bank reportsn
- Monitor interest charges and ensure accuracy.n
