NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a relentless, sharp, and aggressive Senior/Business Development Executive who lives and breathes revenue. If you are obsessed with hitting targets, scaling high-ticket sales processes,



and driving team performance over phone and virtual calls, this role is for you.
NIn this role, you will beon the front lines owning both your individual quota and, based on performance, take on leadership of a high-output sales pod. You will lead by example, closing high-ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) EdTech solutions, optimizing consultative sales pitches, and turning leads into high-margin revenue.
NPS: Kindly note that we are a startup and are looking for professionals with an ownership mindset who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
NKey Responsibilities
nDrive Revenue & Target Ownership: Own and consistently exceed individual revenue targets (₹10L-₹15L) through high-volume, consultative Tele and Zoom sales.
NHigh-Ticket Closing: Step in to close complex, high-ARPU deals, turning hesitant prospects into high-value enrollments/clients.
NSales Operations & Metrics: Monitor key metrics (call-to-demo
