NJD:
N Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
N Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
N Design and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations, and eligibility rules.

n Support and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.
N Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
N Configure security rolesand domain permissions.
N Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
N Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
N Support Workday releasesand enhancement projects.
N Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.
