- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research. N
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new clients. N




- Build and manage a solid sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. N
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present staffing solutions. N
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures. N
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads. N
- Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts. N
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure. N

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing. N
- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation. N
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. N
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently. N
- Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions prefer
