n Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
NKey Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end salesfor residential and commercial real estate projects N
- Generate and convert leads into successful closures N
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits N
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties N
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets N
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams N
- Build and maintain strong client relationships N
- Update CRM and maintainsales reports N

- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities N
- Valuable understanding of the real estate sales process N
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach N
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel N

- 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales N
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred N
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry only N

nCompensation
n Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000
