Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties.
- Observe and document every detail of a property’s theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations.
- Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation based on field observations.
- Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers,



and artisans required to execute different themes.
- Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance research efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives.

- Willingness to travel frequently across India and work from our Hyderabad office.
