Job DescriptionWe are hiring XenServer L1 Engineers to join our Infrastructure operations team.
nKey Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monitoring and providing L1 operational support for enterprise XenServer infrastructure, including hosts, resource pools, VMs, storage and networking.n
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of CPU, memory, storage, network and VM-related issues and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.n
- Execute standard VM and host operational activities as per approved SOPs/MOPs and ensure accurate ticket documentation and shift handovers.n
- Identify recurring or complex issues and escalate them to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting details and relevant logs.n
- Robust understanding of XenServer/XenCenter, basic xe CLI and Linux troubleshooting is expected.n
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Nutanix and Citrix VDI/CVAD will be an added advantage.n
