Job DescriptionActure Media is looking for a Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in business development and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or Service-based company.
nWe are looking for someone who is confident in communication, understands the complete sales cycle, can build strong client relationships, create and deliver qualified presentations, and has a proven ability to close deals.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.n
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.n
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing/services solutions.n
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches confidently.n
- Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.n




- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and potential clients.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.n
- Negotiate commercials, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.n
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.n
- Coordinate with the strategy, SEO, performance marketing, creative, and other internal teams to prepare customized proposals for clients.n
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.n
- Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.n
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry events whenever required.n
