About the Role
nWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong visual design capabilities and a positive understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. Previous professional Web3 design experience is preferred but not mandatory. A senior designer with an excellent creative portfolio, solid conceptual thinking, and good knowledge of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related concepts will also be considered. The primary requirement is solid creativity and design quality.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create high-quality, original visual designs for digital platforms.n
- Design premium social media posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional materials.n
- Create engaging designs for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, fintech, and technology projects.n
- Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying mainly on templates or existing design styles.n
- Convert content briefs and technical concepts into compelling visual communication.n




- Create campaign identities and key visuals for launches, announcements, events, partnerships, and community initiatives.n
- Design infographics, website graphics, hero banners, illustrations, icons, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.n
- Maintain brand consistency and collaborate remotely with content, social media, marketing, UI/UX, and product teams.n
- Research creative trends and manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.n
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking with a strong visual sense.n
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.n
- Good working knowledge of Figma and Canva.n
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and colour theory.n
- Ability to create premium and original designs from a creative brief.n
