Job DescriptionJob Overview: Provide 24×7 hands & feet onsite support for Data Center equipment at DC
NKey Responsibilities:

- Perform physical racking, stacking, and cable patching for network devices. N
- Support routine hardware maintenance, replacements, and vendor visits. N
- Monitor local DC alertsand escalate to L2 engineers. N
- Maintain inventory of cables, patch panels, and network racks. N
- Ensure compliance with DC operational safety and access guidelines. N
- Prepare operational reports, capacity/utilization inputs and service metrics. N
- Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness and RBI/security policy adherence. N
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KB articles and operational documentation. N
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and internal teams for issue resolution. N
- Support DR drills, patching,



vulnerability remediation and preventive maintenance. N
- Participate in RCA preparation for Priority incidents. N
- Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes. N
- Perform daily physical equipment health checks and media/tape handling where applicable. N
- Maintain visitor/material movement registers and support vendor escort activities. N

nTechnical Skills: Networking basics (LAN/WAN), cabling, DC operations, ITSM ticket logging.
NCertifications: Preferred: ITIL Foundation;
Nice to have: CCNA
