We're looking for a high-performing residential real estate professional with strong HNI relationships, market knowledge, and a proven track record of business generation.

What you'll drive:
Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients Drive premium residential sales & leasing Source mandates and lead high-value transactions Build and leverage developer & channel partner networks Guide and enable teams to drive pipeline, conversions & revenue Drive business development and market expansion Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution Represent the organization in key client and industry interactions What we're looking for:




5–10 years in premium residential real estate / luxury sales / advisory Robust HNI/UHNI client network Proven revenue and closure track record Strong developer/channel partner relationships Experience in team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder management High ownership, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills If you're a deal maker, relationship builder, and business leader — we'd like to hear from you.
