Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, integrations, and platform architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and enterprise-grade Service Now solutions, defining technical architecture and integration strategies, establishing platform best practices, and providing technical leadership across Service Now implementations and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a robust balance of architecture and hands-on technical expertise, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure, cloud, Dev Ops, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the technical architecture and solution design for Service Now ITOM and related platform initiatives.



Design scalable solutions across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors and CSDM. Define CMDB architecture, data models, CI relationships, data governance and CSDM alignment. Architect integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems, cloud platforms and monitoring tools, including AWS. Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server and Scripted REST APIs. Provide architectural guidance on configuration vs customization, ensuring solutions remain scalable, maintainable and upgrade-safe. Define and review technical solutions involving Java Script, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules and other Service Now development components.
