Role: Area Manager, Learning Systems

Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Area Manager, Expansion plays a critical role in the growth marketing function of the Expansion team. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition by developing and executing data-driven marketing and sales strategies. The position involves building a strong pipeline, conducting impactful product demos, closing high-value deals, and enabling a seamless transition to operations, all aimed at delivering LEAD's mission of excellent education for every child.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT:

Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Ed Tech or other industries, particularly in B2 B, institutional, or corporate solution sales. Demonstrated top quartile performance with formal recognition. Strong ability in sales pipeline management, lead generation, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.

Educational Background: Graduate in B. Tech, B. Com, B. Sc, or MBA

Technical & Functional Skills:
Proficient in CRM tools Skilled in product pitching, stakeholder management,



and academic solution selling Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proficient with multiple technologies Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for customer acquisition Understand school owner personas and align LEAD solutions to their specific needs Deliver compelling product demos and academic discussions with prospects Negotiate and close contracts ensuring mutual value and alignment with LEAD's mission Maintain timely and accurate CRM entries for visibility and tracking Collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation campaigns Stay up to date on competitor offerings, customer trends, and education industry dynamics Rigorously follow and contribute to the LEAD sales process What We Value:
