Key Responsibilities
Lead OTM Cloud implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,



and solution design workshops. Configure transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and rate management processes. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and third-party logistics systems. Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities. Drive process optimization and logistics automation initiatives.
