CBL Legal Talent is seeking a proactive and target-driven Demand Generation Executive to help

generate new staffing and recruitment opportunities from leading U. S. law firms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant decision-makers, building targeted

prospect databases, executing strategic B2 B outreach campaigns, and generating qualified

business opportunities for our legal staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research using Linked In, Apollo, and other research platforms to

identify key decision-makers within U. S. law firms.

• Build and maintain accurate, targeted databases of prospects, including HR, Talent

Acquisition, Recruiting, and business leaders.

• Develop and execute targeted email and Linked In outreach campaigns to generate

qualified leads and business conversations.

• Create compelling outreach messaging using relevant case studies, success stories, and

market insights.

• Research law firms to understand their hiring activity, staffing requirements, and potential

recruitment needs.





• Identify recent business opportunities based on hiring trends, open positions, and

organizational growth.

• Track outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, and lead progression using CRM and

other tools.

• Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospects to build long-term business

relationships.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment and business development teams to understand

client requirements and align staffing solutions.

• Consistently work toward defined lead generation, outreach, and business development

targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong research, communication, and written English skills. Experience with Linked In, Apollo, email outreach, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2 B lead generation, demand generation, recruitment, staffing,

sales, or business development is an advantage.
