Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive currently working in international B2 B Saa S sales, with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying ideal prospects, executing strategic outbound campaigns, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings for the consulting team.

This role is ideal for someone who currently sells Saa S solutions to international markets and enjoys prospecting, building relationships,



and creating sales pipeline through consultative outreach

What You'll Do
Prospect Research & List Building — Identify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across the US, Australia, and other target markets. Outbound Prospecting — Execute personalized outreach through Linked In, email, and cold calls to engage international decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities. Lead Qualification — Qualify prospects using structured discovery frameworks and schedule meetings for the consulting team. Pipeline Management — Manage multi-touch outreach sequences, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups. Partnership & C2 C Prospecting — Identify consulting partners, staffing firms, and enterprise buyers for contract and staff augmentation opportunities. CRM Management — Maintain accurate prospect data, track outreach activities, and provide regular pipeline
