Purpose of the Role:
8-10 years of experience with expert understanding of Procurement Operations and capability to lead transactional Purchase-to-Pay (P2 P) service delivery activities Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes Support procurement service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution Key Functional Responsibilities:
Service delivery management in procurement operations (Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites) Manage exceptional transactions SLA & overall deliverables management Team handling & Customer relationship Management Essential Hiring Skills:
Expert level Orientation in Procurement / Work expereince related to procurment operations MS Office Team handling skills '• Exposure to BPO industry or Procurement lifecycle (Positive to have)
Procurement platforms & Tools (Good to have) Upstream / downstream business processes (Trainable skills)
