Job Title: Franchise Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and educational product (books) sales for Brainy Bears Play School. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in franchise sales, book publishing/distribution, or education sector sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development:
Identify and generate leads for new franchise opportunities across targeted regions Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations for prospective franchisees Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure) Ensure proper onboarding and support to new franchise partners 2. Book Sales & Distribution:
Promote and sell Brainy Bears curriculum books and learning materials Develop and manage distribution networks (schools, vendors, dealers)



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for books and educational products Maintain solid relationships with existing clients for repeat business 3. Market Expansion & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new territories and growth opportunities Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales Preferred Background

o Franchise sales (education sector preferred)

o Book publishing, distribution, or academic sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to travel for client meetings and franchise development Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
