We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to represent Swa in West India in the states of Maharastra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, Chattishgarh in building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F& B scene.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers to achieve regional sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including territory planning, distributor networks, and key account management. To expand to multiple cities in the region by opening distributors and building sales teams.



Identify expansion opportunities, onboard new clients in Horeca industry (cafés, bars, hotels) and drive upselling/cross-selling. Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and forecasting to optimize performance. Collaborate with marketing/operations for product launches, demos, promotions, and supply chain efficiency. Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching/training, and submit regional reports/expense updates. Principal Accountabilities:

6-9 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial or sales management, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or F& B/Ho Re Ca. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); proven track record in team leadership and target achieve
