This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys researching and learning about new ideas. Has a keen eye for detail and solid observation skills. Loves travelling and exploring different places. Can organize information into structured reports and documentation. A person who wants to work directly with startup founders and contribute to building a hospitality brand. Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties. Observe and document every detail of a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations. Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation based on field observations. Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers,



and artisans required to execute different themes. Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities. Use AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance research efficiency. Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For :-

The ideal candidate should have:
Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn. Excellent observation and analytical skills. Good internet research abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to prepare organized reports and documentation. A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
