We're looking for a dedicated candidate who can primarily work on our existing Product Customer account for Professional Services.

Looking for strong experience in managing B2 B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Valuable at Cold calling Good understanding of SAAS Products. Experience in Account Management Good Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling Excellent experience in IT Services Sales Good at Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellent Client Retention skills Experience in Stakeholder Management Focus on Customer Success Good Problem-solving skills. Good working experience in US Market. Experience required: 10+yrs
