* Role: Structural Design Engineering Manager
* Location: L&T; Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)
Responsibilities
* Structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings.
* Design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
* Prepare calculations, reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards.
* Support project execution and design optimization.
* Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
* Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.

* Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.
Requirements
* 7 – 15 years of experience in high-rise building design.
* Hands-on expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
* Solid knowledge of IS codes and international practices.
* Experience in handling large projects.
