Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and creating genuine interest in up Grad's programs.

You will act as an key link between potential learners and our Admission Counsellors, with a key focus on scheduling Video Counselling (VC) sessions for qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities




Engage with assigned leads through the auto-dialer system. Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and eligibility for up Grad's programs. Build rapport and establish trust through effective communication and active listening. Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors. Coordinate with learners and counsellors to ensure a smooth enrollment journey. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. Consistently work towards achieving individual productivity and revenue targets. Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in Ed Tech Sales. Study Abroad experience will be an added advantage. Minimum 2 year of tenure in a single organization. Graduation is mandatory. Prior experience working in a 6-day work week. Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Skills Required
