Role Overview

We are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations. The ideal candidate should be both strategically strong and hands-on with enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management. Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle. Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure. Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery. Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements. Manage IT assets,



software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement. Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps. Required Skills
12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support. Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security. Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance. Strong leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
