We’re
hiring a Marketing Manager for a boutique hospitality group operating
leisure properties across India.

This is
an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, strategic marketing professional who
wants to take ownership of the brand and campaigns, digital presence, partnerships, and marketing performance across a
portfolio of properties.

Requirements
Brand
& Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that
drive room and F&B; revenue while strengthening brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across
properties and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with individual Hotel GMs to
develop local campaigns and activations.

Content
& Digital Presence
- Manage social media, email marketing, website
content, and the overall content calendar.
- Provide creative direction and oversee
day-to-day marketing execution.
- Ensure content and marketing materials are
relevant to each property's local market.

Agency
& Vendor Management
- Brief and manage SEO/PPC agencies against
defined objectives and KPIs.
- Evaluate campaign performance and ensure




agencies deliver against agreed goals and ROI.
- Manage relationships with photographers,
printers, and other marketing partners.

Partnerships
- Identify and coordinate partnerships with
local brands, tourism boards, influencers, and relevant businesses to
expand reach and visibility.

Reporting
& Insights
- Track and report marketing performance across
digital channels and campaigns.
- Monitor traffic, engagement, ROI, and key
marketing KPIs.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and
industry trends to strengthen market positioning.

line to the Executive Director

What
We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing
fundamentals, including SEO, PPC,
social media, and email marketing
- Ability to brief, evaluate, and manage
specialist agencies without necessarily being the hands-on campaign
executor
