Experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics roles • Demonstrated ability to balance ongoing dashboarding needs with deep-dive analytical work • Strong sense of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces Technical Skills • Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) • Hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Azure Databricks • Robust proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboarding and insight communication • Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and analytical thinking • Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis, automation, or advanced analytics.
