nAbout the Role
nThe Luxury Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and converting high-quality leads, owning the sales funnel, and delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets.
nResponsibilities

- Lead Management & Conversion:n
- Manage and nurture ~100 prime-quality leads provided each month.n
- Build rapport, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions.n
- Sales Funnel Ownership:n
- Own the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, property tours/site visits, and final deal closure.n
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.n
- Customer Engagement:n
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding their needs and aligning with suitable options.n
- Address objections effectively,



instilling confidence in clients for investment decisions.n
- Reporting & Collaboration:n
- Maintain updated and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.n
- Provide regular performance updates to the AGM/GM.n
- Market Expertise:n
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed options.n

nQualifications
n
- n
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in real estate, with a solid track record of closing deals.n
- Experience in roles like Closing Manager with developers or as a senior/expert TL/CA in CP firms is highly preferred. Candidates from other industries with proven sales expertise are welcome.n
