- Deliver Data and Analytics projects from initiation through production implementation. N
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. N
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource allocations. N
- Track progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies. N

nProject Planning &Tracking;

- Establish and maintain project governance processes. N
- Coordinate activities across Business, Development, QA, UAT, and Production Support teams. N
- Monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines. N
- Conduct regular projectreview meetings and follow‐ups. N

nKanban & Agile Management

- Create and manageproject Kanban dashboards. N




- Track requirements, development, testing, UAT, release, and post‐production activities. N
- Facilitate daily stand‐ups, sprint reviews, and progress sessions. N
- Monitor work item status and remove delivery roadblocks. N

nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management

- Identify, assess,and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. N
- Escalate concerns with mitigation and recovery plans. N
- Maintain risk and issueregisters throughout the lifecycle. N
- Facilitate conflict resolution between stakeholders and teams. N
