- Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns. N

- Lead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets. N
- Oversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures,



and brand communication materials. N
- Ensure high standards of visual quality, typography, color balance, and overall design aesthetics. N

nTeam Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity and productivity. N
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers. N
- Foster a collaborative and cutting-edge creative culture within the team. N

nCross-functional Collaboration
