Job DescriptionA seasoned writer to lead the University's content strategy to work closely with the Vice-Chancellor, developing compelling and creative content for internal and external stakeholders, which helps communicate its purpose and the diverse range of its research, teaching, and education and innovation activities.
NResponsibilities:

- Develop a contentstrategy and roadmap for the University N
- Public storytelling around the achievements of the University, its faculty and its students and their uniqueness - developing stories from the perspective of a campus journalist for various occasions and various media. N
- Safeguard the confidentiality of University administration by exercising discretion in communicating information to faculty, students, staff, and the various publics served by the University. N
- Produce well-researchedcontent in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ie. Vice-Chancellor, Faculty, Students, Alumni and Journalists N
- Develop content for website pages/sections, online ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,



LinkedIn), videos, blogs, newsletters, press releases, Annual reports, white papers, collaterals/brochures. N
- Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of content engagement on pre-determined KPIs to suggest improvements N
- Use search engine optimisation (SEO) for Google ranking of content pages N
- Proofreading all content for errors and inconsistencies N
