- 10+ years of experience in database architecture and migration projects. N
- Robust expertise in IBMDB2 LUW, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS DMS, and AWS SCT. N
- Proven experience in migration assessment, strategy preparation, architecture design, and database modernization initiatives. N
- Strong capability in preparing migration strategies, architecture documents (HLD/LLD), runbooks, governance artefacts, and executive presentations. N
- Experience conducting customer workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder management. N
- Expertise in performance tuning, HA/DR design, backup & recovery, migration planning, cutover, and rollback strategies. N
- Possess strong architecture, documentation, strategy, and presentation skills, in addition to hands-on migration expertise. N
- Immediate starters preferred N
- Open to relocation out of India, on project basis if required N
