NPosition: Medical Social Worker.
NKey Responsibilities

- Assess patients who approach the Trust for financial or medical assistance. N
- Understand each case individually and process applications in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. N
- Complete all required formalities, including verification and documentation of patient records. N
- Maintain physical records, case files, and supporting documents in a systematic and organized manner. N
- Scan documents and maintain accurate and updated electronic records. N
- Coordinate with internal departments, medical teams, and other stakeholders for timely case processing. N
- Handle Trust administration activities, including documentation, coordination, record management, and day-to-day administrative requirements. N
- Develop a clear understanding of Medical Trust operations, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements. N




- Possess basic knowledgeof legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Trust operations, patient assistance, documentation, and related processes. N
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable Trust policies and legal requirements. N
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and sensitive documents. N
- Handle other miscellaneous administrative and office-related tasks as assigned by management. N

nRequired Qualifications & Experience

- n
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Medical Social Work, Trust administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. N
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Social Work / Social Work. N
- Prior experience in Medical Trust / Charitable Trust administration will be preferred. N
- Positive knowledge of Trustoperations, documentation, compliance, and administrative procedures. N
- Basic knowledge of legal and statutory req
