- n
- 5–7 years of hands‐on experience in server virtualization, with strong primary expertise in Microsoft Hyper‐V. N
- In‐depth experience in Hyper‐V architecture, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, Hyper‐V Replica, and VM high availability. N
- Robust hands‐on experience in Hyper‐V performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning. N
- Experience in VM lifecycle management, including provisioning, expansion, optimization, and decommissioning. N
- Working knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter administration (secondary skill). N
- Experience in server migrations,



including P2V and cross‐platform virtualization scenarios. N
- Strong understanding ofWindows Server platforms used with Hyper‐V. N
- Knowledge of SAN storage concepts, multipathing, and VM storage design. N
- Awareness of Active Directory integration, DNS dependencies, and virtualization‐related services. N
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). N
- Experience working in enterprise / remote infrastructure support environments. N

- Provide Level 2.5/ Level 3 operational support for Hyper‐V environments. N
- Administer and maintainHyper‐V infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance. N
- Troubleshoot and resolve Hyper‐V cluster, VM, storage, and performance issues. N
- Manage Hyper‐V FailoverClusters, Live Migration, and replication scenarios. N
- Perform VM provisioning, capacity management, and performance optimization. N
- Support server
