NCTC: ₹30–35 LPA
NExperience: 14–25 Years
NQualification: BE/M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
NKey Requirements
nStrong experience in Precision & Mass Production
NExpertise in CNC Turning & Milling (4–5 Axis)
NKnowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controls
NStrong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment
NKnowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks & CAM
NExperience managing 100–150+ manpower across multiple departments
NStrong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections & Manpower Management
NExperience in Material Cost Control, Machine Capacity & Shop Loading
NProven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targets
NGood communication & presentation skills




NKannada + English communication required
