- Lead the Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu content production team. N
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms. N
- Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality. N
- Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and generate leads. N
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance. N
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns. N

nRequirements

- 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup workplace. N
- Experience managing a content or media team. N
- Strong understanding ofsocial media growth strategies. N
- Fluency in any one of the language Kannada, Hindi or Telugu and English, depending on the role N
- Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling. N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly. N
