nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CS & Operations Executive with solid experience in CPA/CPI campaign management, client servicing, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth campaign delivery, high-quality execution, and excellent client experience in the performance marketing ecosystem.
NRoles & Responsibilities:
NCampaign Execution & Management

- Manage end-to-endcampaign fulfilment including ad trafficking, QA/testing, and campaign scheduling. N
- Launch and monitor campaigns as per Release Orders (RO) and ensure all delivery parameters are adhered to. N
- Optimize CPA/CPI campaigns proactively to meet performance KPIs and drive successful outcomes. N
- Track daily pacing, conversions, lead quality, and overall campaign health. N

nClient Servicing &Coordination;

- n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related queries,



performance updates, and troubleshooting. N
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients, agencies, and internal teams. N
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, tracking issues, and technical challenges by coordinating with clients, publishers, and internal tech/support teams. N
- Work closely with the Sales & Agency teams to ensure campaign expectations and deliverables are aligned. N

nReporting & Analysis:

- Generate detailedweekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations. N
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies. N
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign progress, delivery status, and billing details. N
