- 10+ years of experience & minimum 2 years as Engineering Manager N
- Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design & Distributed Architecture, Debugging and Problem Solving, Code Quality and Best Practices, Platform-Specific Knowledge. N
- Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholdersGood in code review, stakeholder management, inter-team connect and should have experience in managing 15-25 people's team. N
