- Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales cycle from discovery and requirement analysis to proof-of-concept (POC), solution design, and technical closure. N
- Solution Demonstration & Storytelling: Deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of the platform that address specific customer pain points, use cases, and security/compliance requirements (e.G., IGA, SSO, MFA, IGA, PIM/PAM) N
- Architecture & Scoping: Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents. Accurately scope POC and implementation requirements. N
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) Execution: Plan, manage, and execute successful POCs/Pilots onsite or remotely, effectively handling technical objections and proving value. N
- RFPs and Tenders: Should have an experience in answering the RFPs/Tenders, attending pre-bid meetings and play a consultant's part while the customers are in the process of creating an RFP. N
- Trusted Technical Advisor:



Build credibility and trusted relationships with technical and security stakeholders (CISOs, IT Architects, Infrastructure Heads, DevOps teams) across mid-market and large enterprises. N
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of the IAM/IGA landscape, competitor solutions, and industry trends in the Indian market. Effectively articulate differentiation. N
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Skilled Services teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth handover post-sale. N
- Content & Enablement: Contribute to the development of technical sales collateral, presentations, and best practice guides tailored for the regional audience. N

nQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. N
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales/sales engineering role, preferably within the cybersecur
