NWhat You'll Do

- Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback N
- Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point N
- Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumers N
- Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you N
- Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go;
pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations N
- Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ.

- 3+ years of backend development experience. N
- Robust hands-on experience with Golang. N
- Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines. N
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL. N
- Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms. N
- Experience in designingand building microservices. N
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. N
- Experience with Docker and Git. N
