nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can work in both Golang and Python, and can join immediately.
nGolang is the priority skill. Python is also mandatory. The candidate must be comfortable working in both languages, with deeper strength and ownership on the Go side.
nExperience with frameworks such as Gin and Django is a plus.
nThis role is for engineers who have built and operated real-world systems at scale, and who can handle architecture, reliability, performance, and production issues with ownership.

- Design and develop scalable backend services in Go and Pythonn
- Take primary ownership of Golang-based microservices and APIsn




- Work on Python-based services and backend modules as requiredn
- Build APIs and production servicesn
- Work with databases, asynchronous processing, and distributed systemsn
- Analyze and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and outagesn
- Contribute to system architecture and backend designn
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and scalabilityn

- Minimum 5 years of professional backend experiencen
- Strong hands-on production experience in Golang is mandatoryn
- Hands-on production experience in Python is also mandatoryn
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systemsn
- Proven experience running backend systems in productionn
- Strong understanding of system failure modes, bottlenecks, and outage scenariosn
- Backend-focused engineer with good infrastructure awarenessn
- Must be able to join immediatelyn
