A committed representative who is able to maintain relationships with our customers and clients, answer questions and troubleshoot account issues, help with product and payments queries, and more. - Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services N
- Respond efficiently andaccurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, and N

- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on N

- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately N




- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent N

- Maintain and update customer information as necessary in database N
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate N
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned N
- Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality N
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers N
