- Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reports N
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to identify variances and potential risks N
- Perform cost variance and trend analysis and recommend corrective actions N
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting N
- Ensure accurate and timely cost, progress, and forecast reporting N
- Support or integrate project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6 N
- Monitor progress against planned milestones and deliverables N
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and performance metrics N
- Maintain Estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion (EAC) forecasts N
- Track changes, variations,



and claims and assess financial impacts N
- Project invoicing basedon resources, materials etc. using ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Ecosys etc.). N
- Implement and maintain project control systems, tools, and best practices N
- Analyze project data toprovide insights and recommendations for improving project efficiency and profitability N
- Prepare monthly projectreports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders N
- Improve reporting efficiency through analytics and automation using tools (e.G., Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel / VBA) N
- Prepare interactive PowerBI dashboards for overall project controls insights and performance KPIs. N
- Provide guidance and training to Junior Project controllers and interns. N
- Support in operations and Team management N
