About the Role
IILM University is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Experience Officer to enhance student engagement, address concerns, and ensure a positive and supportive campus experience.
Eligibility & Experience:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in student affairs, student engagement, counselling, hospitality, university administration, or a similar role.
- Robust communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working closely with students or residential student communities will be an added advantage.
