nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow the Junior's Fashion Week project. This role focuses on three core verticals: registering kids, client servicing, and sales. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving registrations, nurturing relationships with parents and brands, and contributing to the overall growth of JFW.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end registration of kids for JFW events across cities.n
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement outreach and lead generation campaigns.n
- Build a strong parent communication flow and handle inquiries effectively.n
- Maintain an updated database of registered participants.n




- Serve as the primary point of contact for registered families and partner brands.n
- Ensure seamless pre-event, during-event, and post-event experiences for participants.n
- Handle feedback, resolve queries, and elevate client satisfaction.n
- Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat participation.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for registration and sponsorship sales.n
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch event offerings to potential clients.n
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and creative teams to support conversion.n
- Prepare reports, projections, and insights for management.n

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.n
