NThe Senior Artist will join our team-oriented group of people in the Interactive Game Development Department. The ideal candidate will work with a group of Artists, Engineers, and Game Designers to create both online first content and port AGS' proven land content to online.
NResponsibilities

- Work closely with the Art Director and implement creative direction. N
- Provide concept art fornew projects, including layout, color schemes, symbol concepts, background designs etc. N
- Create digital paintings/illustrations, compositions/layouts, logos, UI elements. N
- Consistently perform tohigh standards of accuracy and thoroughness within timelines. N
- Actively participate and offer creative solutions to both art and game design challenges. N
- Contribute to process improvements to increase productivity and the visual quality of the games. N
- Collaborating with art team regarding best practices and processes relating to game development. N
- Optimize existing game assets to meet online platform specifications and delivery requirements.

- Design visual content for marketing and promotional purposes as required. N
- Keep abreast of new graphic techniques, trends and styles in the industry. N
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. N

nSkills/Requirements

- Portfolio required. N
- 3+ years Professional Casino Industry Artist Experience or equivalent. N
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and be versatile to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company. N
- Strong team collaboration skills. N
- Excellent communicationskills and organizational skills. N
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback. N
- Highly proficient in Photoshop. N
- Experience with Jira N
- Basic animation knowledge. N
- After Effects, Spine and Unity skills/knowledge are pluses. N
