nWe are looking for a Senior Manager – Global Media to lead global media platforms, governance, reporting and operational excellence across markets.
nWhat You'll Lead

- Own and drive the Global Media Platform roadmap, including enhancements, adoption and governancen
- Partner with Global Media, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Compliance and agency partnersn
- Lead global media data, reporting and measurement frameworksn
- Drive continuous improvement of media planning systems and Power BI dashboardsn
- Define and monitor media KPIs, adoption metrics and platform effectivenessn
- Translate business requirements into scalable media solutionsn
- Prioritize execution within an Agile environmentn
- Act as the Global Media SME for media processes, tools and best practicesn
- Drive standardization and transformation across global marketsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n




- 12–15 years of experience in Global Media, Media Operations, Media Planning or Media Analyticsn
- Strong understanding of media ecosystems, agency management and campaign measurementn
- Hands-on experience with media technologies and reporting frameworksn
- Experience with media planning platforms such as MediaTools, Guideline or similar platformsn
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data visualizationn
- Robust data governance and media measurement expertisen
- Excellent global stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationn
- Experience working in Agile environments, with tools such as Jiran

nPreferred
nExperience within a Global Capability Center (GCC), multinational organization, CPG/FMCG environment, Marketing Technology or Media Transformation program would be an advantage.
