nThe Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and support channels while ensuring fast resolution, high satisfaction, and strong brand communication.
nThe role also involves CRM management, customer lifecycle tracking, return reduction, and feedback analysis to improve overall customer experience.

nCustomer Support & Query Resolution

- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and support platformsn
- Ensure quick first response and quick issue resolutionn
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy,

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for issue closuren
- Maintain zero missed customer queriesn

nCustomer Experience Management

nReturns, Exchanges & RTO Management

- Manage return, exchange, cancellation, and RTO casesn
- Identify avoidable returns and proactively reduce themn
- Ensure accurate issue and reason taggingn
- Coordinate pre-dispatch interventions where requiredn

nCRM & Customer Lifecycle Management
